The Wharton Intergroup Dialogue & Inclusion Team (WIDIT) provides Wharton staff a space to learn about our differences, to build understanding, and to collaborate across the school on matters of inclusion and diversity.

Vision

The Wharton Intergroup Dialogue & Inclusion Team aims to create an educational space where conversations around inclusion, diversity, and community can flourish, enrich our work and personal lives, and to practice and model behavior of being open-minded, curious and solution oriented. The Wharton Intergroup Dialogue & Inclusion Team hopes to be the platform where the staff community comes together.

Get Involved

Attend a meeting – Our meetings are open to all staff. Meetings are an opportunity for staff community to think about topics and cultivate conversations related to our mission. It is also an opportunity to meet other individuals through-out Wharton’s staff community.

Suggest a topic – Have an idea for an event? Know of a speaker that the rest of staff could benefit from? Let us know.

Join the Committee – We are currently looking to gather a Committee. This Committee will make recommendations and help coordinate different programs, topics, and discussions.

If you’re interested in joining the Committee please reach out to:
